Once you decide to order our machines, we will send you an order confirmation with a prepaid invoice immediately. After paying the down payment of 50% of the purchase price, your order will be notified to the factory to be included in the production plan. The remaining 50% is to be paid immediately before delivery.

Q: How to pay?

A: We accept payment by (international) bank transfer and also via third party platforms such as Alibaba, Made in China. After placing an order, we will issue an invoice for the agreed purchase price. After receiving the payment, we arrange the production of the equipment and prepare to ship it as soon as it is completed.

Q: How long is the delivery time and shipping time respectively?

A: Usually, the production time of our machines is within 7 working days. As for the transportation time, it depends on the transportation method you choose. We have cooperative international logistics service providers who can provide sea, land or air transportation services. The time of air transportation is short, most countries can receive the goods within 10 days, and the time of sea and land transportation is longer, about 30~50 days. You are welcome to consult the specific time, this service is free, don't worry.

Q: How much is the shipping cost? Are customs duties included?

A: The shipping cost of international sea freight is usually 400~900 USD, and the price of air freight is about 800~1500 USD. In most European countries, the United States, Canada and other countries, this price includes customs duties, please consult customer service personnel for specific costs.

Q: How does the machine work?

A: Import the pictures you need to print into the computer, and the RIP software will automatically mix cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white inks to prepare various colors and spray them to the designated positions. At the same time, the machine will continue to move along the wall under the control of the computer until the printing is completed. If the ground is flat, you don't need to use the guide rails, if it is uneven, you need to place the machine on the guide rails for work.

Q: How many square meters can a set of CMYK ink print?

A: Each bottle of our ink is 500ml, and there are five colors of CWMYK+W, which can print about 400 square meters.

What brand is your ink? Do I have to buy from your company?

We are using UV hard ink, we recommend you to buy from our company. But if you don't want to, you can buy EPSON's UV ink locally, which can also be used.

Q: Does the ink expire?

A: UV ink can be stored for at least 12 months after delivery.

Q: How do I refill the ink? Or can it be replaced with a different ink?

A: Just open the ink tank and refill the ink according to the marked color. We recommend you to use our ink, if due to ink guide machine failure, we will void the warranty.

Q: Is the printed pattern UV-resistant, scratch-resistant, and durable?

A: We guarantee our inks will retain their color indoors for at least 12 years. Outdoors, UV resistance is 3 years unprotected but can be extended to 5+ years by applying a clear UV coat.

In general, the ink dries immediately after printing and is scratch-resistant.
